Krokodiloes, the most influential a cappella group with the longest history in Harvard, recently arrived in Beijing at the invitation of futurename.cn. It performed in the Second Experimental Elementary School of Beijing, the Experimental High School Attached to BeijingNormalUniversity and New Beijing YingCai high school. As soon as the 12 handsome boys showed up, the students there gave them a warm welcome with a lot of laughs.

On June 4th, the multi-function hall of The Experimental High School Attached to BNU was packed. The 12 college students from different departments of Harvard conveyed Harvard spirit of happiness and love to the world with their beautiful songs and light dance. The 12 young “crocodiles” received countless applause and a warm welcome from the students during the performance. Not to be outdone, the male choir of the ExperimentalHigh School responded with graceful harmony showing an image of Chinese high school students.

The next day, students of the Second Experimental Elementary School of Beijing and new Beijing YingCai high school met those “big friends”. When Krokodiloes walked into the auditorium, they greeted everyone warmly. In their performance, the boys sang 15 popular English songs such as House of Blue Lights and Let’s Get Away from It All and other in a cheerful and humorous way to show a wonderful image of world-class university students and humanistic spirit of Harvard.

As the saying goes, “One who fails to reach the Great Wall is not a brave man.” On June 6th, the “brave men” of Harvard and new Beijing YingCai high school climbed the Great Wall together to experience the glamorous cultural deposits of ancient Chinese architecture. They had pleasant and adequate communications in the trip—“This choir is very different from those we’ve met before. Their performance is full of vitality. They are so lively and cute,” a student from new Beijing YingCai high school said. The typical humor of Americans had been well reflected in The Harvard Krokodiloes. “I think this is the most attractive choir.”
